It’s been a labour of love producing this podcast and it’s finally here for all to enjoy.

The Creative Conversations with Colour Box Studio podcast provides a behind the scenes look at the creative journeys of leading artists and cultural practitioners, delivering an insightful and connective listening experience.

Hosted by Māori visual artist and podcaster, Maria Birch-Morunga, the limited edition series aims to inspire audiences through laughter, engaging discussions and storytelling.

These conversations, recorded in front of a live audience at The Channel, Arts Centre Melbourne, feature creatives who are change-makers, innovators and leaders in their communities and the broader Australian creative industries.

Episodes feature Wemba-Wemba and Gunditjmara woman, visual artist, curator, academic and writer Dr Paola Balla; Sri Lankan Australian lawyer-turned-comedian Sashi Perera; contemporary artist Jody Haines (Palawa) and African-Australian actor, writer and producer Esther Fwati; Aseel Tayah, a Palestinian mother, artist and creative director of participatory art collective Bukjeh; and collaborators Cyndi Makabory, a West Papuan activist and lawyer, and Yasbelle Kerkow, an Australian-born Fijian artist and emerging documentary filmmaker.
