This year in 2022, I decided to take a break from the film industry after a pretty negative work experience that shook me. It’s been healing to step away from the toxicity that the Australian industry can foster at times. However, throughout my broader filmmaking career, I am grateful to have had some truly fantastic experiences working with wonderful people and communities in Australia and overseas. Moving forward, I am bringing a new vision to my filmmaking practice through my creative endeavour Colour Box Studio.
